  • Where It Happens: Online, through your client portal

  • What We’ll Do:

    • Review your screening results (based on your submitted hair or nail sample)

    • Talk through your symptoms, concerns, and goals

    • Go over personalized supplement and wellness recommendations

This is your space to ask questions, feel heard, and walk away with a plan that makes sense for YOU.

Before Your Appointment

Here are a few simple things to check off your list:

  1. Watch for Reminders:  You’ll get text, email, and portal messages to remind you about your upcoming session.

  2. Fill Out Your Forms: There are a few quick forms to complete in your client portal before we meet. These help us get the full picture—don’t skip them!

  3. Choose a Good Spot: Find a quiet, well-lit, private space with strong internet. You’ll want to be comfy and able to speak openly. Bonus points if it’s distraction-free!

  4. Test Your Tech: You can join the call using your phone or computer. Just make sure:

    • Your camera and microphone are working

    • You’re on Wi-Fi or a strong connection

    • You know how to log in (more on that below!)

  • Have a notebook or pen nearby in case you want to jot things down

Tips for a Smooth Experience

  • Sign in 5-10 minutes early to avoid tech hiccups.

  • Make sure all forms are filled out before the call.

  • Don’t eat, drink, or multitask during the session.

  • Never join your visit while driving or running errands.

  • Be patient—just like at a regular appointment, we may run a few minutes behind.
